Gossip Guy

They say I'm the quiet silent one as they chatter,

Participating in useless conversations that "matter"

I need a drink they say as they gossip away,

To join them in their pursuit of wasting the entire day

Keep talking "friends", I may or may not listen

Useless, pointless banter might be your life's mission

Uninformed, ignorant yet heavily opinionated fools

Their small minds & forked tongues, rusty tools

Your assumptions are from Mars while the facts are from Venus

Your mouths work hard, round the clock, just like your anus

Forgive me, I shall never chime in for that it truly beneath me

But at times I may watch the show for some truly ghastly comedy
