Why write?
I wonder about the reasons to write
An urge born from innocent curiosity
From a desire to release creative energy
To unravel the mystery of the self
Capturing the music of the wandering mind
The little organ that keeps on buzzing
Drinking in the marvellous sights around it
Reading the crazy creatures that surround it
Putting into words nameless unknown feelings
Putting into words powerful & strong emotions
Like boundless love and scorching wrath
Why write? Why write? Why write?
Write to love, write to hate
Write to smile, write to cry
Write to learn, write to teach
Write for yourself, write for the world
